2024 Grand Marshal’s

Hello and Welcome to the 2024 Asotin County Fair and Hells Canyon Rodeo!

We are Jeff and Denise Hammrich, and we are honored to be chosen as the 2024 Asotin County Fair and Hells Canyon Rodeo Grand Marshals.

We have been married for 45 years and have called Asotin County home since 1987. While raising our two daughters, Cami Browne and Nicole Triplett, the fair has played a huge role for our family and continues to do so.  Both girls participated in 4H and FFA raising and showing livestock projects, participating in the horse show as well as fine arts.  While in high school, both girls served as royalty for the fair.  We spent multiple summers traveling the Pacific Northwest promoting our local fair and all of its activities.  In addition, Jeff served on the fair board and both of us were members of the sales committee for over a decade.

Now that the girls are grown, they are still diligently involved in the fair.  Both are serving as 4H leaders.     Nicole is currently on the Asotin County Fair Board, and Cami is the Clarkston FFA advisor.  We are blessed to have five grandchildren; Caylie, Cady, Carly, Loghan, and Avery who have all been active in the fair.  Each April we are excited to see their exhibits in the halls and watch them show their livestock and horse projects.

Jeff is enjoying re

tirement and can often be found year round at the fairgrounds running the tractor to make sure the arena is in tip top condition for any and all events.  Denise is currently the principal at All Saints Catholic School.

We understand and appreciate all of the hard work and dedication required to make our fair the great event that it is.  Thank you to all the volunteers that make the fair happen as well as all of the buyers and supporters of the livestock sale.

We hope to see you at this year’s fair and rodeo, and we wish all the participants the best of luck!

Thank you,

Jeff and Denise Hammrich
