2020 Beef Carcass Contest
Beef Carcass Data was collected on 33 of the 4-H and FFA beef steers that would have been exhibited at the fair on April 24-26th. The “Asotin County Fair Beef Carcass Contest Recording” discusses the factors that affect Yield Grade and Quality Grades in beef; and announces the 2020 winners. The “Carcass Data Spreadsheet” includes information on each of the 33 steers that were evaluated. The “Carcass of Merit Requirements” sheet helps explain the information contained in the Carcass Data Spreadsheet.
Thank you to the Asotin County Cattlemen’s Association for their continued support of this program.
