Do I have to pre-enter my exhibit?
4-H exhibits need to be pre-entered. Contact the 4-H office for more information.
You don’t have to pre-enter Open Class exhibits but there are certain times and dates that you need to submit them. See the Fair Handbook for dates and times. The Fair web page also has that information.
Where do I pick up a Fair Handbook?
The Fair Handbooks are not available in 2021.
What hours are the Fair Office open?
The Fair Office will be open to the public the week of the Fair. Messages can can be left at 509-243-4101 or email email@example.com
I want to rent Bennett or Floch Hall. Where do I find information?
The Fair Board Office web page has contact information for rentals.
What time is the Livestock Auction?
The 4-H / FFA Livestock Auction begins at 4:30 pm in the Sales Arena on Saturday. See the Sales Commission web site for more information.
Who is eligible to enter exhibits into the Fair?
Everyone is eligible to enter Open Class exhibits by following the proper entry information located in the Fair Handbook. 4-H and FFA members have their own guidelines for entering. The Fair Board reserves the right to reject any entry.
How will I know if I won anything?
Ribbons and Trophy’s will be placed by all exhibits. Fair checks will be mailed sometime after the fair, probably in June.
When do I pick up my fair entries?
Enteries may be picked on Monday following the fair by 4:00 PM
When do I get my Open Class checks?
Fair checks will be mailed sometime after the fair, probably in June.
When do I get my 4-H checks?
Please watch for your 4-H newsletters, check on the 4-H member web site or check with your leader in May to see when and s=where the Fair checks a-nd Livestock Sale check-s will be available.
